HANGZHOU TOKA announced that its shareholder Xie Feng Investment completed the transfer of 10.9167 million shares through an inquiry-based transfer at a price of 6.51 yuan per share. After the change in equity, Xie Feng Investment and its concerted party Hang Shi Group's shareholding in the company decreased from 41.0897% to 38.4913%. This transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
