BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with a total funding amount of no less than 30 million yuan and no more than 50 million yuan, and the repurchase price not exceeding 29 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
