# UNI PRINTSHOP: The effective date for capital reduction and share split is May 29

According to the announcement from UNI PRINTSHOP (08448), the company will submit a copy of the court order confirming the capital reduction and share split, as well as the minutes containing the details of the capital reduction as required by the Companies Act, to the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on May 28, 2025 (Cayman Islands time) for registration. Accordingly, all other conditions for implementing the capital reduction and share split as stated in this circular will be fulfilled on May 28, 2025 (Cayman Islands time).

The effective date and time for the capital reduction and share split will be 9:00 AM on May 29, 2025 (Thursday)
