# Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 23.73% equity of SuShi YiTe for 336 million yuan to strengthen control

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (300416.SZ) announced that the company plans to use self-raised funds totaling 336 million yuan to acquire a total of 23.73% equity in SuShi YiTe (Shanghai) Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SuShi YiTe") held by 17 minority shareholders, including the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Innovation Phase II (Shanghai) Private Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Hainan Suya Xunfeng Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Xin Chang San (Suzhou) Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Shanghai YiYuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership).

The announcement stated that if the acquisition is successfully completed, the company's shareholding ratio in SuShi YiTe will increase to 97.55%, which will further strengthen the company's control over its core business, optimize internal collaboration mechanisms, and enhance profitability and overall competitiveness
