# INFOTMIC's major shareholder DFZQ plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, INFOTMIC (000670.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Dongfang Securities Co., Ltd. ("Dongfang Securities"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement, with the maximum number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital
