# STERLING GP: Ma Jian resigns as executive director

According to the announcement from STERLING GP (01825), effective May 27, 2025:

(1) Ma Jian resigns as Executive Director;

(2) Zhang Lingling resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee;

(3) Zhao Chuan resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee;

(4) Zhou Runzhang is transferred from Chairman of the Audit Committee to a member;

(5) Yang Lun has been appointed as Executive Director;

(6) Chen Jie has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee;

(7) Gao Yuanyuan has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee
