# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 20 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

On May 28th, 20 companies collectively announced 20 stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, 9 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 4 companies' repurchase plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 4 companies disclosed the progress of stock repurchase implementation, and 3 companies have completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of first-time disclosure of repurchase plans, a total of 6 companies had repurchase plan amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Acrel, Guangzhou Restaurant, and BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY had the highest repurchase plan amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 150 million yuan, 143 million yuan, and 50 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, a total of 2 companies had repurchase plans exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. XCMG, Zhongtai Securities, and Mentech had the highest repurchase amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 600 million yuan, 500 million yuan, and 3.4772 million yuan, respectively. Regarding the progress of repurchase implementation, DEZHAN HEALTHCARE, Haixing Power, and Zhongke Star Map had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 119 million yuan, 29.9951 million yuan, and 9.9997 million yuan, respectively. In terms of completed repurchases, a total of 2 companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Qimingxingchen, Fosun Pharma, and Dongfang Precision had the highest completed repurchase amounts, repurchasing 81.8529 million yuan, 19.1001 million yuan, and 480,000 yuan, respectively
