# China Life and others invest in Pangang Group Mining Company, increasing its capital to 11.75 billion

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Pangang Group Mining Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. and ICBC Capital Management Co., Ltd. as shareholders. The registered capital increased from approximately 6.31 billion RMB to about 11.75 billion RMB, and some senior executives changed. The company was established in June 1994, with Wang Renfu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes mineral processing, mineral washing and processing, and the smelting of commonly used non-ferrous metals. It is currently jointly held by Pangang Group Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholders
