According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOTO (603166.SH) announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of a new energy vehicle electric drive system ultra-precision gear project and a robot transmission joint component project in the Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a planned land area of approximately 132 acres. The company signed an "Investment Agreement" with the Management Committee of the Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone on May 28, 2025, reaching a principled agreement on the company's investment matters in the Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone and government support. The investment amount involved in the project will be based on actual occurrences in the future, and the company plans to resolve it through self-owned funds, direct or indirect financing, and other means
