# ZBD plans to acquire the remaining 49% equity of Guizhou Shennong Valley to integrate resources

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZBD (603567.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Commodity Trading Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bozhou Trading Center") intends to acquire a 49% equity stake in its holding subsidiary Guizhou Shennong Valley Health Industry Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guizhou Shennong Valley"). Upon completion of the acquisition, Guizhou Shennong Valley will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bozhou Trading Center.

The investment amount is the principal investment of RMB 490 million from the Guizhou Provincial Agricultural and Rural Modernization Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guizhou Agricultural Development Fund") plus the interest from the fund's regulatory account during the investment period.

It is reported that this acquisition will help the company further integrate resources, enhance decision-making efficiency, and improve profitability
