# YUXING: The fourth phase of the employee stock ownership plan shares have all been sold out

YUXING announced that the 1,977,800 shares held by the company's fourth employee stock ownership plan have been completely sold through centralized bidding from September 5, 2023, to May 28, 2025, accounting for 0.53% of the company's current total share capital. During the sale period, this employee stock ownership plan strictly adhered to market trading rules and did not engage in trading using insider information. As of the date of this announcement, the assets of this employee stock ownership plan are all in cash, and relevant asset liquidation will be conducted subsequently, with distribution based on the shares held by the holders. After the distribution is completed, this employee stock ownership plan will be terminated
