# LEPU BIO-B: The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice to the company regarding the application for full circulation of H shares

> LEPU BIO-B announced that it has submitted an H-share full circulation filing application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, involving the conversion of 54.2684 million domestic unlisted shares into H-shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice on May 26, 2025, and the filing has been completed. If the conversion and listing are not completed within 12 months, the filing materials need to be updated. The specific implementation plan has not yet been finalized and must go through relevant procedures before completion. The company will announce progress in a timely manner

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LEPU BIO-B (02157) announced that the company has recently submitted a filing regarding the full circulation of H-shares to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The company has applied to the CSRC on behalf of several shareholders to convert a total of 54,268,400 domestic unlisted shares held by them into H-shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (conversion and listing). The company is pleased to announce that on May 26, 2025, the CSRC issued a notice of conversion and listing filing to the company. According to the filing notice, the relevant conversion and listing filing with the CSRC has been completed. If the company does not complete the conversion and listing within 12 months from the date of issuance of the filing notice, it should update the filing materials if it intends to continue the process.
