Tianyouwei announced that the company will use raised funds to replace self-raised funds of 285 million yuan that were previously invested in the fundraising projects and self-raised funds of 8.9151 million yuan that have already been paid for issuance expenses, totaling 294 million yuan. The time for this replacement of raised funds does not exceed 6 months from the time the raised funds were received, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
