According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Rainbow (002419.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Wulong Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wulong Company"), which holds a 10% stake, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 35.0654 million shares (approximately 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months starting from June 23, 2025
