# BOC AVIATION purchases 9 Airbus aircraft and enters into long-term leases

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOC AVIATION announced that on May 28, 2025, the company (1) entered into an agreement to purchase six Airbus A320NEO aircraft and three Airbus A321NEO aircraft from Airbus S.A.S.; and (2) entered into a long-term lease agreement with Gulf Air B.S.C. (C) for the aforementioned aircraft. The transaction constitutes an eligible aircraft leasing activity for the company

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOC Aviation (02588) announced that on May 28, 2025, the company (1) entered into an agreement to purchase six Airbus A320NEO aircraft and three Airbus A321NEO aircraft from Airbus S.A.S.; and (2) signed a long-term lease agreement with Gulf Air B.S.C.
