# Yibin Paper: Shudao Group reduced its holdings by 11.7935 million shares

Yibin Paper announced that the information disclosure obligor, Shudao Group, will reduce its holdings of 11.7935 million unrestricted circulating shares of Yibin Paper through centralized bidding and block trading from December 30, 2024, to May 28, 2025, accounting for 6.67% of the company's total share capital. Before this equity change, Shudao Group held 29.484 million shares of Yibin Paper, accounting for 16.67% of the total share capital; after the change, it will hold 17.6905 million shares, accounting for 10.00% of the total share capital. This reduction is due to Shudao Group's need for its own capital allocation, and there are plans for further reductions within the next 12 months
