# Chimin's Boao International Hospital signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with Dabo Bio

According to the announcement from Chimin (603222.SH), in order to implement the national strategic deployment for the innovative development of the biopharmaceutical industry and to fully leverage the policy advantages of the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Lecheng Pilot Zone") regarding "licensed medical services, licensed research, and licensed international exchanges," on May 28, 2025, the company's Boao International Hospital and Dabo Bio signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" based on the cooperation principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, collaborative innovation, and global expansion," to accelerate new drug research and development and clinical transformation, and to establish a vertically integrated model of "R&D - Clinical - Commercialization."

The main content of this cooperation includes: the implementation of clinical research and transformation applications of new biomedical technologies such as cell and gene therapy. (1) Cooperation in applying for the inclusion of biomedical new technology transformation application projects into the "Implementation Directory of Biomedical New Technology Transformation Applications in the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone." Focus on cooperation projects for Dabo Bio's research and development of new drugs for tumor gene therapy, immunotherapy, and stem cells. (2) The construction of a tumor precision treatment system that combines Dabo Bio's gene drugs with Boao International Hospital's immune cell therapy technology to create a "gene-immunity" dual-target treatment plan, conducting investigator-initiated trials (iiT) to enhance the efficacy of malignant tumors. The research projects will refer to the clinical research regulations for biomedical new technologies in the Lecheng Pilot Zone, and will ultimately be promoted for implementation after verification by both technical teams, guided by real-world clinical observations, to achieve an organic integration of production, education, research, and medicine
