According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HAIQI (603069.SH) announced that the shareholding increase plan by its second-largest shareholder, HEC, has been completed. As of May 29, 2025, HEC has cumulatively increased its holdings in the company by 2.7234 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.86% of the company's total share capital, with an investment amount of 49.9848 million yuan
