According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COMPLANT (000151.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Adbi Belgium Public Limited Company ("Adbi Belgium"), has filed for bankruptcy with the Antwerp Commercial Court ("Antwerp Commercial Court") due to continuous losses and inability to repay due debts, and all assets are insufficient to cover the debts. The company has received a ruling from the Antwerp Commercial Court accepting the bankruptcy application
