# HUAMIN plans to participate in the establishment of Shanghai Soundwave Iteration Venture Capital Company

According to the announcement from Huamin Co., Ltd. (300345.SZ), in order to promote the company's long-term development and advance its technological platform layout, the company plans to jointly invest with the professional investment institution Yinbo Diedai Private Fund Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinbo Diedai") and other partners (to be determined) to establish Shanghai Yinbo Diedai Venture Capital Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to approval by industrial and commercial registration, hereinafter referred to as "Partnership"). All partners plan to contribute a total of RMB 300 million, with the company intending to act as a limited partner contributing RMB 5 million of its own funds, accounting for 1.67% of the total contribution.

This joint investment with a professional investment institution aims to fully leverage the experience and resources of the professional investment institution, broaden investment methods and channels, seize the rapid development opportunities and investment chances in the embodied intelligence industry, and help deepen the company's strategic layout in emerging fields, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development
