SUPOR announced that the company's director Su Xianze and senior management Ye Jide completed their share reduction through centralized bidding in the secondary market, reducing their holdings by 51,272 shares and 12,255 shares, accounting for 0.0064% and 0.0015% of the company's total share capital, respectively. The reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations and did not result in a change of control of the company
