# Under the "new regulations," the first restructuring project has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On May 29th, Ferrotec's project of issuing shares and convertible bonds to purchase assets and raise supporting funds was approved by the restructuring committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, marking it as the first restructuring project in the A-share market to pass after the release of the "New Restructuring Regulations."
