# SHENGTONG was reduced by its actual controller Li Yanqiu by 4.2453 million shares

According to the announcement from ShengTong (002599.SZ), the company recently received a notice regarding share changes from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Li Yanqiu, and a shareholder holding more than 5%, Mr. Jia Chunlin. Ms. Li Yanqiu reduced her holdings by 4.2453 million shares through centralized bidding from May 28 to May 29, 2025. After the reduction, Ms. Li Yanqiu and her concerted actors collectively hold 134 million shares, accounting for 25.23% of the company's total share capital. On May 29, 2025, Mr. Jia Chunlin's concerted actor, Mr. Jia Zeping, reduced his holdings by 138,500 shares through centralized bidding, while concerted actor Ms. Dong Ying reduced her holdings by 270,000 shares through centralized bidding. After the reduction, Mr. Jia Chunlin and his concerted actors collectively hold 74.3019 million shares, accounting for 13.95% of the company's total share capital
