# Songcheng Performance signs a cooperation agreement for the Donghai Eternal Love project

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Songcheng Performance (300144.SZ) announced that on May 30, 2025, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Construction of the Large-scale Performance Project 'East China Sea Eternal Love'" with the Management Committee of Taizhou Bay New District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanya Songcheng Wubian Technology Development Co., Ltd., signed the "Cooperation Agreement for the 'East China Sea Eternal Love' Large-scale Performance Project" with Taizhou Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taizhou Investment").

This cooperation is guided by the construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, integrating local culture, marine civilization, harmony philosophy, and Silk Road spirit to create a large-scale cultural tourism performance masterpiece with international influence, establishing a new benchmark for cultural tourism in East Zhejiang and helping Chinese culture reach the world.

This cooperation is another measure for the company to expand its layout nationwide and continuously develop, which is beneficial for further consolidating and enhancing the company's industry position and brand awareness, bringing sustainable profit growth opportunities for the company, and aligning with the long-term development plan and the interests of all shareholders
