# Elite Color signed a three-year leasing contract for the project workshop with its wholly-owned subsidiary for 150 million yuan

On May 30th, Elite Color announced that the company, along with its wholly-owned subsidiary Hengze Technology, recently signed a "Lease Agreement." Hengze Technology will lease the workshop for the "annual production of 80,000 tons of functional composite special fibers" project to Elite Color. The leased scope includes building and production equipment, with a lease term from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2028. The annual rent for the building is 8 million yuan, and the annual rent for the production equipment is 42 million yuan, with a total rent of 150 million yuan over three years
