According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LANJIAN (688557.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Eddie Wu proposed that the company repurchase its issued A-shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the repurchase shall not be less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 20 million (inclusive); the repurchase period shall be within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves this repurchase plan
