# AAA PUBLIC's subsidiary plans to invest 70 million yuan to establish Yuecai Aizhong, focusing on distributed solar power generation and other fields

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AAA PUBLIC (600979.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Aito Comprehensive Energy plans to jointly establish the Guangdong Yuecai Aito New Energy Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Yuecai Aito") with Yuecai Private Equity Investment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. The total subscribed capital contribution of Yuecai Aito is RMB 70.7 million, of which Aito Comprehensive Energy's subscribed capital contribution is RMB 70 million. The fund will focus on investment activities in areas such as distributed wind and solar power generation, industrial and commercial energy storage virtual power plants, etc. This initiative is beneficial for the high-quality development of Aito Comprehensive Energy and promotes the company's transformation
