# GZPR: Adjusts the scale of the 2023 private placement to no more than 738 million yuan

GZPR announced that the company's 11th Board of Directors approved the proposal to adjust the scale of funds raised through the issuance of A-shares to specific objects for the year 2023 at its fifth meeting in 2025. The total amount of funds raised has been adjusted from no more than 748 million yuan to no more than 738 million yuan, and the number of shares issued has been adjusted from no more than 256 million shares to no more than 253 million shares. After deducting relevant issuance costs, all raised funds will be used to supplement working capital and repay debts. According to the authorization from the company's fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2023 and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024 regarding matters related to this issuance, the adjustments to the issuance plan described in this proposal fall within the scope of matters authorized by the general meeting of shareholders to the Board of Directors, and therefore do not need to be submitted for the review of the general meeting of shareholders
