HUATU CENDES announced that the company recently obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by CITIC BANK Chengdu Branch, committing to provide the company with a special loan for stock repurchase of no more than 300 million yuan, with a loan term not exceeding 36 months, and the purpose solely for repurchasing the company's shares. This commitment letter can provide financing support for the company's share repurchase, but does not represent the company's commitment to the repurchase amount, which will be subject to the actual repurchase amount. The company will strictly adhere to relevant regulations and make repurchase decisions based on market conditions within the repurchase period and fulfill its information disclosure obligations
