# YMK plans to raise no more than 311 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YMK (300249.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. This issuance is aimed at no more than 35 specific investors (inclusive), including securities investment fund management companies, securities companies, trust companies, financial companies, insurance institutional investors, qualified foreign institutional investors, and other domestic legal entities and individuals that meet the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The issuance price will not be lower than 80% of the average stock price of the company over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date.

The total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific targets will not exceed RMB 311 million (inclusive). After deducting issuance expenses, all funds will be used for the following projects: construction of temperature control products for computing power infrastructure, research and testing platform project for temperature control products for computing power infrastructure, and supplementing working capital
