# ST BLEST: Received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" from the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST Baili (603959.SH) stated that on May 29, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Decision" issued by the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

It is reported that due to the company's failure to disclose non-operating fund occupation matters as required, the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau intends to decide: (1) to order the company to rectify, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 4 million yuan. (2) To warn Wang Hairong and impose a fine of 6 million yuan. Among them, as the directly responsible supervisor, a fine of 2 million yuan will be imposed, and as the actual controller, a fine of 4 million yuan will be imposed. (3) To warn Vice President Wang Wei and impose a fine of 800,000 yuan. (4) To warn Vice President Yu Lanjian and impose a fine of 500,000 yuan. Given the serious nature of Wang Hairong's violations, it is proposed to impose a 3-year ban from the securities market on Wang Hairong
