# Naruida: Plans to acquire 100% equity of Tianjin Sigma and issue 4.3093 million shares

Naruida announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Tianjin Sigma Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. from 12 trading counterparties through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. According to the appraisal report, the assessed value of the 100% equity of the target company is 371 million yuan, determining the transaction price of the target assets at 370 million yuan, of which 50% will be paid in shares, amounting to 185 million yuan. The issuance price for the shares to purchase assets is 42.93 yuan per share, with the number of shares issued being 4.3093 million shares. After the transaction is completed, the company's total share capital will increase to 221 million shares
