According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EDICO HOLDINGS (08450) announced that Mr. Li Weiming and Ms. Zeng Zhaoyi resigned as independent non-executive directors to devote more time to other businesses, effective from June 1, 2025.

Mr. Yao Weijie and Mr. Deng Zhizhao have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from June 1, 2025
