# CGN MINING's controlling shareholder's affiliate sells shares, reducing Good Warehouse's holdings to 56.98%

> The shareholding ratio of China General Nuclear Power Group, the controlling shareholder of CGN MINING, has decreased from 57.01% to 56.98%. This change is due to its wholly-owned subsidiary, CGN Investment (Hong Kong), selling shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 27. Despite the decrease in shareholding ratio, China General Nuclear Power Group remains confident in the group and stated that its main holding platform, China Uranium Development Company, has not sold any shares since it became a controlling shareholder

CGN MINING (01164.HK) announced that, according to the equity disclosure notice, on May 27, the shares held by its controlling shareholder China General Nuclear Power Group decreased from approximately 57.01% to 56.98%. This was due to the sale of shares by CGN's wholly-owned subsidiary CGN Investment (Hong Kong) on the Stock Exchange on May 27.

China General Nuclear Power Group confirmed that it remains confident in the group and that its main holding platform, China Uranium Development Company, has never sold any of the 4.278 billion shares it holds since becoming the controlling shareholder
