# China Sanjiang Fine Chemicals Unit to Lease Two Vessels

> China Sanjiang Fine Chemicals unit Sanjiang Chemical has entered into chartered agreements to lease two vessels to carry liquefied gases for 180 months, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said. The vessels will be leased to the company by Ocean Gold Shipping and Ocean Tide Shipping. The move comes about as the proposal for the lease was approved by shareholders.

China Sanjiang Fine Chemicals unit Sanjiang Chemical has entered into chartered agreements to lease two vessels to carry liquefied gases for 180 months, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The vessels will be leased to the company by Ocean Gold Shipping and Ocean Tide Shipping.

The move comes about as the proposal for the lease was approved by shareholders.
