# Linyang Energy: The transfer of subsidiary equity involves a photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 236.5 MW

Linyang Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Anhui Linyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Linyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., plan to transfer 100% equity of three subsidiaries and two subsidiaries to Guangdong Yueshui Electric Power Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. The total consideration for the equity transfer is 471 million yuan, involving a total installed capacity of 236.5 MW for the photovoltaic power stations. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. It has been reviewed and approved by the 19th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 17th meeting of the 5th Supervisory Board of the company, and is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. The transaction is expected to increase pre-tax net profit by approximately 10.2066 million yuan
