# ANNIL: Planning for changes in company control, trading suspended from June 3

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ANNIL (002875.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Cao Zhang and Ms. Wang Jianqing, stating that they are planning matters related to the change of company control. Mr. Cao Zhang and Ms. Wang Jianqing intend to transfer 13.03% of the company's shares to the counterparty, thereby allowing the counterparty to gain control of the company. The specific transfer ratio and implementation plan are yet to be further communicated and determined. The counterparty for this transaction mainly engages in investment management business. If this transaction is completed, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller will change.

The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of June 3, 2025 (Tuesday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
