# Realcan's controlling shareholder terminates the agreement to transfer part of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Realcan (002589.SZ) announced that on August 1, 2024, the company's shareholder Ms. Zhang Renhua signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Yanquan No. 8 Fund, in which Ms. Zhang Renhua intends to transfer her 76 million shares of the company (accounting for 5.05% of the company's total share capital) to Yanquan No. 8 Fund through an agreement transfer. Due to significant changes in the objective environment, Ms. Zhang Renhua and Yanquan No. 8 Fund have agreed to terminate the signed "Share Transfer Agreement" and have signed the "Supplementary Agreement (II) to the Share Transfer Agreement" based on voluntary equality and friendly consultation
