According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sunlord (002138.SZ) announced that the company's chairman, Mr. Yuan Jinyu, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 13.37 million shares (not exceeding 1.6945% of the company's total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the pre-disclosure announcement date (from June 25, 2025, to September 24, 2025)
