# WYNN MACAU: The conversion price of the convertible bonds is adjusted to HKD 9.66905

> WYNN MACAU announced that, according to the terms of the convertible bonds, due to the company's capital distribution, the conversion price has been adjusted from HKD 10.01212 to HKD 9.66905. This adjustment will take effect on June 3, 2025, and other terms remain unchanged

According to the announcement from WYNN MACAU (01128), the conversion price of the convertible bonds will be adjusted based on the terms and conditions due to the capital distribution made by the company. Therefore, for the payment of the final dividend, the conversion price has been adjusted from HKD 10.01212 to HKD 9.66905, and this adjustment will take effect on June 3, 2025 (Tuesday), the day immediately following the record date for the declaration and payment of the final dividend. All other terms and conditions of the convertible bonds remain unchanged
