# International IPO Weekly Winners & Losers

**International IPO Index:** International new stocks outperformed benchmarks this week, as the Renaissance International IPO Index rose +1.1%, while the ACWX ex-US ETF ticked up +0.1%. Japanese online bank **SBI Sumishin Net Bank** was the biggest winner, surging +42.4% as it entered an agreement to be acquired by NTT Docomo. Hong Kong-listed EV developer **Leapmotor** fell -11.7% to take the bottom spot.

**Big Development:** Hong Kong's hot IPO market is said to have attracted global fast fashion giant **SHEIN**. The company was previously attempting to list in London, after its original US IPO plans fell apart amid regulatory scrutiny.

**Latest Listings:** In Dubai, residential REIT **Dubai Residential** ($580mm) rose +14%. In India, auto parts maker **Belrise Industries** ($250mm) traded up +4%. Carton packaging maker **UCIC** ($160mm) slipped -10% in its Tadawul debut.

**The Week Ahead:** Hotel owner **Schloss Bangalore** ($410mm) and port terminal operator **Aegis Vopak Terminals** ($330mm) are both set to list in India. Cobalt trader **Cobalt Holdings** ($230mm) is scheduled to debut in London, in a welcome boost for the city.

**The Pipeline:** India led pipeline news this week, as sentiment picks back up after several quiet months. Regulators approved the listing of Indian consumer lender **Hero FinCorp**, and are close to giving the nod to **HDB Financial Services**. New filings came from Indian mining services firm **CMPDI** and outsourcing center **Fusion CX**. Retail investing platform **Groww** confidentially filed, and adtech **Amagi** and power producer **Juniper Green Energy** restructured ahead of planned listings.

In Hong Kong, condiment maker **Haitian** passed its regulatory hearing and began gauging investor interest, while chip designer **Will Semiconductor** hired banks for a listing, and pan-Asia life insurer **FWD** expanded its own IPO syndicate. Australian senior community developer **GemLife** is reportedly working with banks on a Sydney listing. The owners of Saudi hospital operator **SMC** agreed to return dividends in order to help the deal price, slated for June.
