# Coco Healthcare: Shareholders propose to convene an extraordinary general meeting

Coco Healthcare announced that the company's board of directors recently received a letter from shareholder Ms. Bao Jia regarding the "Request to convene the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Hangzhou Coco Healthcare Products Co., Ltd. in 2025." Ms. Bao holds 79,190,682 shares of the company, accounting for approximately 29.13% of the total shares. As a shareholder holding more than 10% of the company's shares, Ms. Bao requested the board of directors to convene an extraordinary general meeting to review the following proposals: Proposal 1: Proposal regarding the expected daily related party transactions for the year 2025; 1.1: Proposal regarding the related party transactions that the company intends to engage in with Qiaozhi Company in 2025; 1.2: Proposal regarding the related party transactions that the company intends to engage in with Hanggang Company in 2025. Related shareholders should abstain from voting on the above proposals
