According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai ZPMC Group Co., Ltd. was established, with Zheng Min as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The business scope includes: offshore oil extraction; offshore natural gas extraction; domestic ship management services; seafarer dispatch services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by ZPMC
