According to media reports, four home furnishing brands, including Kuka, Oppein, Yishili, and Yuanchuan, in the EASYHOME store in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, have "exploded." The involved stores lured consumers to make payments with the bait of "national subsidies," but the orders ultimately failed to be delivered. Regarding this "explosion" incident, the staff at the EASYHOME New Tang store responded, "All compensations have been made, whoever needs to be contacted should be contacted, and we cannot provide further responses," before hanging up the phone. Meanwhile, the official customer service of EASYHOME stated that a dedicated person is already following up on this matter
