# MEI YAN's subsidiary transfers 600,000 tons/year of cement clinker production capacity indicators

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MEI YAN (600868.SH) stated that its holding subsidiary, Meizhou Meiyan Rotary Kiln Cement Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Meiyan Rotary Kiln"), will transfer the production capacity index of 600,000 tons/year of new dry-process clinker cement production line to Tongling Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tongling Shangfeng") for a total transaction price of 32.4 million yuan. After deducting various taxes and fees, approximately 29.04 million yuan in cash can be recovered from this transfer of the 600,000 tons/year clinker production capacity index
