# Mingchen Health: Adjusted the upper limit of the repurchase price to RMB 22.95 per share

Mingchen Health announced that the company will hold the fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors on May 20, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the share repurchase plan. The company intends to use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, for the implementation of the equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan, with a total repurchase amount not less than 30 million yuan and not exceeding 50 million yuan, and the repurchase price not exceeding 23 yuan/share. Due to the company's implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.049927 yuan per share, the upper limit of the repurchase price has been adjusted to 22.95 yuan/share. The estimated number of shares to be repurchased is approximately 1.3072 million to 2.1786 million shares, accounting for 0.49% to 0.82% of the company's current total share capital. Other matters remain unchanged except for the adjustment of the upper limit of the repurchase price
