According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hengxing Science & Technology (002132.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest in establishing a company in Vietnam, gradually investing in the construction of a "150,000 tons annual production of high-performance prestressed steel strand project," with a total investment expected to not exceed 10 million USD. The project will be implemented gradually based on market demand and business progress
