JXPCB announced that shareholders Huai'an Jiexing Investment Partnership and Huai'an Xunxing Investment Partnership plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1,333,900 shares, accounting for no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
