# TAGEN GROUP's subsidiary won the bid for the 9.75 million yuan urban village renovation project during the intention collection phase of the service project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAGEN GROUP (000090.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen TAGEN Urban Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Urban Development Company"), received a "Notice of Winning Bid" from the Shenzhen Public Resources Trading Center, confirming that the Urban Development Company will serve as the service provider for the willingness collection phase of the Longgang District Buji Street South Mendun Urban Village Renovation Project, with a contract to be signed on May 30, 2025. The project bid price is 9.75 million yuan.

The project is located in the South San Community of Buji Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, at the northeast intersection of Tiedong Road and Longgang Avenue. The total area of the project is approximately 121,200 m², with a total construction area of about 354,800 m² (residential), involving a total of 2,360 rights holders. The service period is tentatively set from May 30, 2025, to May 29, 2026, for a total of 12 months
