Real-Design announced that the upper limit for the share repurchase price has been adjusted from 42 yuan per share to 41.71 yuan per share. The reason for the adjustment is the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.289472 yuan per share. The adjusted upper limit will take effect from June 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend date also on June 10, 2025. Other repurchase matters remain unchanged
